The picture you can actually get
This tool retrieves the available profile image for a public Instagram account. It uses a larger version when the source returns one, and otherwise uses the standard picture. The dimensions beside the preview describe that returned file.
A small source image stays small. The downloader does not upscale pictures, restore detail, remove watermarks, or promise a fixed resolution. If the account recently changed its picture, a cached result may still show the previous image.
PFP and DP both mean profile picture in this context. You can use the same tool on a phone or desktop without installing an app or entering an Instagram password.

Can I download an Instagram profile picture in full size?
You can download the largest picture returned by the lookup. Its actual dimensions appear after the preview loads. A high-resolution original is not available for every account.
Can I use a profile link instead of a username?
Yes. Enter @username, username, or an Instagram profile link such as instagram.com/username. Use the account handle rather than its display name.
Does this support private Instagram profiles?
No. This tool only accepts profiles returned as public. It cannot unlock a private account or retrieve private content.
Where does the downloaded picture go on my phone?
Your browser saves the file to its download location or shows a save prompt. On iPhone, check Downloads in Files; on Android, check your browser’s downloads. Saving to Photos or a gallery can require a separate step.
Why is a picture unavailable or different from Instagram?
The account may have changed its handle or picture, the source may be temporarily unavailable, or a cached image may be returned. Check the username and try again later. The tool cannot recover an older picture.
