At Unfollowers Track, we are committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which refunds are provided for subscriptions and one-time purchases of our Instagram analytics platform. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.

All refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of your purchase date to be eligible for consideration. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that fall outside this timeframe or do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

1. Subscription Refunds

Trial Periods

If you are eligible for a trial period (typically 3 days), you may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial without being charged. No refund is necessary as no payment will have been processed during the trial period.

To cancel during a trial, access your account settings before the trial period expires. Failure to cancel before the trial ends will result in your subscription beginning and the applicable charge being applied to your payment method.

Full Refunds Within 30 Days

If you are unsatisfied with your subscription and request a refund within thirty (30) days of your initial payment, you are eligible for a full refund of the subscription fee. This applies to monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription plans.

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@unfollowerstrack.com with your account information and the reason for the refund request. We will review your request and process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refunds After 30 Days

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles.

If you cancel your subscription, your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period. After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to a free account (if available).

Recurring Billing

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. We will send you a reminder email before your renewal date so you have the opportunity to cancel if desired.

If you are charged unexpectedly or believe there has been an error, contact us immediately at support@unfollowerstrack.com. We will investigate and resolve billing disputes promptly.

2. One-Time Purchase Refunds

One-time purchases (such as prepaid credits, analytics reports, or additional features) are eligible for full refunds within thirty (30) days of purchase, provided that:

  • The purchased features have not been substantially used or consumed
  • The refund request is submitted within the 30-day window
  • You provide a valid reason for the refund request
  • The purchase was made through our official website or authorized channels

After thirty (30) days, one-time purchases are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a technical issue, billing error, or other exceptional circumstances, you may contact our support team for consideration.

3. Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please take the following steps:

  1. Send an email to support@unfollowerstrack.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email address and the date of purchase
  3. Provide a detailed explanation of why you are requesting the refund
  4. Attach any relevant documentation (order confirmation, transaction ID, etc.)
  5. Allow 48 hours for our support team to respond to your request

Refund Approval and Processing

Once we receive your refund request, our support team will review it within 48 hours. If your request is approved, we will:

  • Send you a confirmation email acknowledging the approval
  • Process the refund to your original payment method
  • Allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account

If we deny your refund request, we will explain the reason in a follow-up email. You may appeal the decision by providing additional information or context.

Refund Timeline

Depending on your payment method and financial institution, refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account after we process them. Credit card refunds may appear as a credit on your next billing statement. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing time.

4. Conditions for Ineligibility

Refunds may not be issued in the following cases:

  • The refund request is submitted more than thirty (30) days after the purchase date
  • The account has been suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • The refund is requested due to buyer's remorse without technical or service issues
  • The purchased features or services have been substantially used or consumed
  • The purchase was made through an unauthorized third-party reseller or unauthorized channel
  • The refund request is fraudulent or made with intent to circumvent payment obligations
  • The request contains false or misleading information
  • You have previously received a refund for the same purchase or subscription period

5. Technical Issues and Service Problems

If you experience significant technical issues or service disruptions that impact your ability to use our analytics platform, we will work with you to resolve the problem. Depending on the severity and duration of the issue, we may offer:

  • A subscription credit or extension for the time affected
  • Complimentary access to premium features for a specified period
  • A partial or full refund if the issue cannot be resolved

To report technical issues, contact support@unfollowerstrack.com with details about the problem, when it occurred, and how it affected your use of the service. We will respond within 24 hours.

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

It is important to understand the difference between cancellation and refunds:

Cancellation:

Canceling your subscription stops all future charges. You retain access to your account and features until your current billing period ends. Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund of past charges.

Refund:

A refund reverses a previous charge and returns funds to your payment method. Refunds are only issued under the conditions specified in this policy and must be requested within thirty (30) days of purchase.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you dispute a charge through your bank or payment provider (a "chargeback"), you agree that:

  • You will first attempt to resolve the issue directly with us
  • Initiating a chargeback may result in suspension or termination of your account
  • You are still liable for all fees and charges related to chargebacks
  • Multiple chargebacks or disputes may result in permanent account termination

We prefer to resolve billing disputes directly with customers. Please contact support@unfollowerstrack.com before initiating a chargeback.

8. Free Tier and Promotional Offers

Free accounts and free trial periods do not generate charges and therefore are not eligible for refunds. Promotional discounts, coupon codes, and special offers are applied at purchase and are non-refundable. If you use a promotional code and later request a refund, the refund will be based on the discounted price paid.

9. International Customers

Refund policies for international customers follow the same guidelines outlined in this policy. However, international refunds may take longer to process due to currency conversion, international payment processing, or regional banking requirements. We recommend allowing 10-14 business days for international refunds to appear in your account.

Depending on your country, you may have additional consumer protection rights. We comply with all applicable local refund and consumer protection laws.
