3. Third-Party Services and No Affiliation with Instagram

Unfollowers Track is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or otherwise officially connected with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries, affiliates, or related companies (collectively, "Meta"). No partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, or franchise relationship is created between you and Meta by your use of the Service, and nothing in these Terms should be construed to suggest otherwise.

References to Instagram on our website and within the Service are used solely to describe the fact that our analytics tools may process or display information relating to publicly available Instagram account data. Instagram is a trademark of Meta. All rights in that trademark belong to Meta. Our use of the name "Instagram" is nominative and for identification purposes only and does not imply any endorsement or association.

Meta does not sponsor or assume responsibility for the Service. Any questions, claims, or disputes regarding the Service should be directed to Unfollowers Track only, not to Instagram or Meta. You remain solely responsible for your compliance with Instagram's and Meta's applicable terms, policies, and guidelines when using their products or services.

4. User Accounts and Registration

To access and use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account and provide registration information. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Accurate Information: Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and promptly update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete
• Account Security: Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including passwords, API keys, and authentication tokens. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We do not warrant that:
