3. User Accounts and Registration

To access and use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account and provide registration information. When creating an account, you agree to:

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that:
