Instagram has no built-in list of the followers two accounts share. You can compare the two public follower lists by hand, or enter both usernames above and UnfollowersTrack matches the lists for you.
Method 1
Free, but slow: it takes one search per name, so it's only practical for small accounts. Tip: the "Followed by…" line on a profile shows accounts you follow that also follow it — that's mutuals with you, not between two other accounts.
Method 2
A sample shows real matches, but not all of them: a free result can say "at least 3 mutual followers", never "only 3". It also can't show who only one of them follows, because a sample can't prove that someone isn't on a list.
It does more than compare two follower totals. It matches the public lists, checks the relationship between the profiles, and says how much of each list it compared.
