How an Instagram recent follow tracker works
The Recent Follow Tracker returns available follower and following data for a supported public Instagram profile. Free previews may reuse data cached within the previous 24 hours.
A scan result cannot verify the time of each follow. Subscribed tracking stores completed full scans and can detect which accounts appeared or disappeared between checks.
What one scan can show
One free scan brings sampled names from the available public lists into one report. Treat the result as a sample, not a timestamped record of when each relationship began.

Tracking an account over time
Subscribed tracking builds stored history from the first completed full scan onward. A later completed scan can show which followers or followed accounts were added or removed. The recorded date is when the scan detected a change, not the exact time the action happened on Instagram.

Subscribed tracking can detect accounts added or removed between completed full scans. Changes are recorded when a scan detects them, so this is not real-time monitoring. The check does not connect to Instagram, and UnfollowersTrack does not notify the profile. UnfollowersTrack is independent and is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta.

What data does the tracker use?

Do I need the person's password?
No. Enter a public @username; the check does not connect to your Instagram account or ask for a password.
Will they know I checked them?
No. UnfollowersTrack does not send the checked profile a notification.
